In drinks:
Stir 2-3 tablespoons of psyllium husks into 200-300 ml of water or plant-based drink, let it swell briefly and drink promptly. -
In dishes:
Add 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium husk powder to smoothies, porridge, yogurt or bowls and mix well. -
When baking (binder):
As a guide, use 1â2 teaspoons per 500 g of dough ; adjust according to the recipe for gluten-free, low-carb, or nut flour dough.
đĄ Tip: Start with small amounts and increase gradually. Fats absorb liquidâadjust the amount of liquid in the recipe if necessary.
