Alfalfa powder, obtained from the lucerne plant ( Medicago sativa ), is a nutrient-rich food supplement with a variety of ingredients:
Macronutrients:

Proteins: Alfalfa powder contains a high protein content, which can vary between 19% and 55% depending on the source. These proteins provide essential amino acids such as tryptophan and tyrosine.

Carbohydrates: It provides about 62 g of carbohydrates per 100 g, with low sugar content.
- Fats: The fat content is about 3 g per 100 g, with a saturated fatty acid content of about 2 g.
Micronutrients:
